5、 Working principle of dump truck
The structure of engine, chassis and cab of dump truck is the same as that of general truck.
The carriage of dump truck can be divided into two types: backward tipping and lateral tipping. The movement of piston rod is controlled by the control system. Backward tipping is common. Pushing the piston rod causes the carriage to tip over, and a few double tipping.
The high-pressure oil enters the lifting hydraulic cylinder through the distribution valve and oil pipe, and there is a cab safety guard board at the front of the carriage.
The engine drives the hydraulic pump through the transmission and power take-off device. The hydraulic tilting mechanism of the carriage is composed of oil tank, hydraulic pump, distribution valve, lifting hydraulic cylinder, control valve and oil pipe.
The carriage hydraulic tipping mechanism is composed of oil tank, hydraulic pump, distribution valve, lifting hydraulic cylinder, control valve and oil pipe.
The engine drives the hydraulic pump through the transmission and power take-off device, and the high-pressure oil enters the lifting hydraulic cylinder through the distribution valve and oil pipe, and pushes the piston rod to make the carriage overturn. Rear tipping is common. The piston rod movement can be controlled by the control system to stop the carriage at any desired tilting position. The carriage uses its own gravity and hydraulic control to reset.
